Terms and Conditions

  • The rates which are shown on our website are negotiable rates and the same will not change after the final confirmation.
  • We will not confirm vehicle availability on our website. The website will be live 24/7 for online booking and online payment. Booking will be confirmed by a confirmation call from the office with a booking confirmation email.
  • Customers will get a notification email after online booking. However, this does not mean your booking is reserved. Final confirmation will be made once you get a call from our back office.
  • There is no need to check the final confirmation for phone booking, email booking, or WhatsApp booking because the same has been made after checking all the details.
  • Shree Shyam Cab reserves the right to cancel any booking of any customers at any time. However, this happens in rare cases, and that too, due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Toll charges are included in one-way pickup and drops.
  • Toll charges and taxes will be charged extra for outstation or round-trip bookings.
  • One-way pickup and drop charges will be for single pickup and single drop. Extra pickup and drop will be charged extra and depends on locations.

Theft

  • In case of any theft that occurs during the journey, Shree Shyam Cab will not be held responsible for the same.  We expect every customer to keep their luggage and personal belongings safely with them.
  • If any vehicle theft happens then Shree Shyam Cab will not be responsible for it, but it will provide full support to the vendor (vehicle owner).
  • Customers cannot doubt the driver in any way and do not have the right to blame him. If they have any doubts about the driver, then they must contact the office of Shree Shyam Cab and inform us about the doubts. The office will make verification about the matter and take necessary precautions and actions on the same.

Accident

  • In case any accident or collision happens during the journey or trip, then our driver will promptly report it at the nearest police station. The customer has to cooperate in such a situation. Shree Shyam Cab will provide support to the customer and driver. Insurance will be provided to the vehicle which is covered by insurance.

Luggage

If the customer forgets any luggage, watches, laptops, mobile, etc in the car and the driver finds it, then he must immediately submit it to the office. Shree Shyam Cab will offer full support in this case. If they are not found in the car, then it is the responsibility of the customer and Shree Shyam Cab will not be responsible for the same.
